Spring is here and now is the time to think about our yards. The Yard of the Month Committee (YOTM) has 3 ALL NEW members that are excited to serve in motivating Cedar Ridge to do their best front yard work.

Zibby Simson, Barb Moberg, and Linda Fernandez will soon be out and about looking at all the wonderful yards to choose the first recipient.

Beginning in April the group will walk Cedar Ridge, evaluating the appearance of front yards. One Winner will be selected every month from May until September (weather permitting) with the title of  Yard of the Month. This winner (who must be current in their yearly dues) will display the prized “Yard of the Month” sign  in their front yard for all to see. Plus this lucky resident receives a gift!

The YOTM will also consider nominations, So if you think your neighbor is doing an extra good job in their front yard, please nominate them.  All you need to do is contact one of the YOTM committee members. So let the yard beautification begin as we transform our neighborhood into something amazing.
